What to expect
- We review your skin tone, hair type, and medical history to confirm the best laser parameters for your treatment. Patch testing may be performed to ensure safety and optimal results.
- You'll be asked to shave the treatment area 24 hours prior and avoid sun exposure for at least two weeks before your appointment. No waxing or plucking. The root must be intact.
- A handheld laser device passes over the treatment area, delivering controlled energy to each follicle. Most patients describe the sensation as a light snap. Sessions typically range from 15 to 45 minutes depending on area size.
- Mild redness and warmth are normal for a few hours post-treatment. Avoid sun exposure and apply SPF diligently. Most patients return to their regular routine immediately.
